Works in Progress

My first volume of collected short stories titled Unfinished Business is complete and ready for publishing sometime in the future, first as an ebook and then in paperback.
A second collection of short stories, these with a Western theme, is approximately half complete. I hope to finish it next year and to publish it as both an ebook and then in paperback.
A fourth novel with the working title, San Marcos, is still in its early stages with a lot of writing still to be done. Admittedly, I have been progressing slowly on this project. I hope to have it finished and ready for publication sometime in the future
My collaboration with an experienced screen writer on the screen play of my first novel, Hans Becker's Family, continues. We are making good progress and are very excited about this project. We recently completed the writing of the second draft. We hope to have the final screen play completed in 2023. Once it's finished, we hope to find a producer who will want to make it into a movie!
In addition, I am collaborating with a German colleague on a German language version of my short story, The Lone Rider. The German version is titled Der Fremde Ritt Allein which translates to The Stranger Rode Alone. I am excited about this project and am hopeful to see this short story featured in a German language magazine sometime in the future.
Finally, I am contemplating converting my second novel, Ursula's Shadow, to an audio book. I hope to accomplish this later this year.
There are still a few unique ideas in my head that could form the basis of some novels or short stories in the future. These ideas will have to wait. There isn't enough time for them just now.
